Ace Hotel is situated in Shoreditch, near to Boxpark, and a short walk from Spitalfields Market and Liverpool Street tube. It’s an affordable hip hotel, so sure to appeal to creative types looking for something quirky (prices do vary nightly).

You can expect to share the foyer with a real mix of people from hipsters, to young families, to people meeting for business. The rooms are all different and as well as containing the basics have various fun features such as guitars to play or working record players. And, although we didn’t eat an evening meal here, the breakfast was delicious (the price of food and drinks was on the average to high side).

I would say that Ace is a definite must try if it’s within budget as it will be so much better than your next best affordable option...
